With more than 20 years of manufacturing and service experience, our certified technicians calibrate and repair Thermo Scientific Matrix manual, hybrid and electronic pipettes as well as most other pipette brands and models, including BioHit, Eppendorf, Gilson Pipetman, Rainin, BRAND Transferpette® and Thermo Scientific Finnpipette.
Our experts conduct NIST traceable calibration and an Accuracy and Precision Certificate is included with each serviced pipette. In order to keep instruments at peak performance, a sticker is affixed to each pipette to provide a suggested date for next service.

- We service Thermo Scientific Matrix manual, hybrid and electronic pipettes as well as most other pipette brands and models.
- Single Channel pipettes are qualified with five aliquots verified on NIST-traceable gravimetric balances at two volumes.
- Multichannel pipettes are qualified with five aliquots on one channel. The precision of the pipette is measured by a spectrophotomic absorbance verification.
- The accuracy & precision of each pipette is certified to meet performance specifications.
- Basic calibration includes inspection and cleaning of the housing exterior of your pipette and replacement of the seal and o-ring as necessary. Service is generally completed in 48 hours or less.
- Basic calibration can be coupled with preventive maintenance to include an internal and external inspection, cleaning, lubrication and seal replacement and minor repairs as necessary. Service is generally completed in 72 hours.
- An e-mail confirming the arrival of your pipette and service request will be sent, as well as a post-service e-mail notifying you of the return shipping carrier’s tracking number.
- A sticker is affixed to each pipette to provide a suggested date for next service.
